Bad Day

Bad day at school.

Very bad.

Bad. Bad. Bad.

Well, it could have been worse. No one was hurt and there was no damage to property.

Update:
It was Frankie who had the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

He's going to move to Australia.

Or at least back to the town where he used to live where he can go to a real school and learn something.

Go immediately to your library or bookstore and read, The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, do not pass Go, do not collect $200. I linked to a page where it is read out loud, but there didn't seem to be any pictures and that is half the fun.

  7. Sorry things aren't going so well. I hope the situation improves soon.

I guess the reasons that Frankie ended up in a group home are still there, aren't they?

  8. Meh, they have bad days in Australia too.
Read that book to Huck for the first time last week. He was very concerned that I'd had such an awful day, and when it was the part where no one would listen, he started saying, "I'll listen! Daddy will listen! Grandma will listen!"

So maybe a bit more time before I pull that one out again.
