Hmmm well.... What exactly did he think women did instead?

I used to lead college pre-orientation trips, and I once had a male student from a small town in Louisana (18yo, very bright and well-educated) who had absolutely no idea that women ever farted. He honestly believed that it was one of those male physiological things that had no female equivalent.
